Cycling in Brisbane

Brisbane is a great city for cycling, with plenty of dedicated bike paths and lanes to make getting around on two wheels easy and enjoyable. The city has a growing network of off-road cycleways, including the Bicentennial Bikeway, which runs along the river from New Farm to Toowong; the Kedron Brook Bikeway, which connects Herston to Nundah; and the Centenary Bikeway, which links Jindalee to Toowong.

There are also on-road bike lanes on many major streets, including Adelaide Street, Ann Street, Charlotte Street and Elizabeth Street.
